What is Artificial Immune System (AIS)
Artificial Immune System (AIS) is
a class of algorithms used in computational systems with the principles
of the immune system of higher class of vertebrates. The algorithms of Artificial Immune System (AIS) typically
exploit the characteristics of the immune system in terms of learning,
memory and as a means of solving problems. The simulated operations in
Artificial Immune System (AIS) include pattern recognition,
hypermutation, clonal selection of B cells, negative selection of T
cells, affinity maturation etc.
