Session Initiation Protocol or SIP is a network protocol for setting up,
controlling and terminating a communication session between two or more

can be greatly simplified as ISDN over IP. While this allowed particular
PBX manufacturers, relatively quick and easy to switch the
communication on IP networks, but on the other hand, the strengths and
weaknesses of IP networks have not been considered enough. This is
particularly apparent in connection with NAT, firewalls and especially
in the retail networks (e.g. DSL routers ) – the necessary translation
of network addresses, which can be achieved in H.323 only with much
